Russell Green is the Financial Controller of Almaz Capital. Russell is responsible for all reporting requirements of the fund’s managed by the firm, as well as assisting with the operational aspects and investor relations.

 

Russell joined Almaz Capital in 2022 but has been involved with Almaz Capital since 2020 as a fund administrator. Prior to joining Almaz Capital, he spent 17 years in various accountancy roles, including 13 years in public practice and 4 years in fund administration, working on various venture capital, private equity, and private credit/debt funds. With a keen eye for detail, Russell’s strong accounting background and fund administration experience provides the firm with an extra layer of assurance on our fund’s reporting requirements.

 

An Australian and British national, Russell graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia, with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and obtained membership and professional accreditation status with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.
